Tripbeam’s Cancellation Policy
Sometimes, weather changes, political issues, schedule shifts, or route changes are not in our hands. Although we take every possible measure to minimize disruptions, there may be instances where we need to adjust your reservation. In such situations, we reserve the right to modify or cancel flight and hotel bookings as necessary.
We occasionally make an “Important Change”, which means crucial adjustments made before your departure that directly impact your confirmed travel schedule. This change is based on the details you provided during the booking and may affect your scheduled itinerary.
Further, if an “Important Change” or “Cancellation” occurs, we will inform you as early as possible. In such situations, we will provide an alternative travel option, like a different flight route or a new departure date. This alternative will match your original booking in terms of cost and standard, subject to airline confirmation.

Accepting the Changes
- You can choose an alternative trip of the same standard as your original booking, subject to availability.
- The alternative trip will be treated as a new purchase.
- Our team will contact the airline on your behalf to help secure a refund/compensation.
Choosing A Different Option
- If you decline the suggested alternative, you can choose from other options.
- Any price difference for the selected option must be paid accordingly.
Opting for Cancellation
- You can cancel your booking/reservation and get a refund if eligible.
- The airline must approve the refund for it to be available.

- Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for a full refund and are subject to airline policies.

Tripbeam’s Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after confirmation from our partner providers and credited to the original payment method. Processing will take 7 to 10 business days, but the actual time may vary based on Airline/Hotel Policies and your payment provider’s processing timelines.

Cancellation Charges
Tripbeam.in service fees range from ₹500 to ₹2000 per ticket, based on the airline and fare type. Airline cancellation charges vary by airline and fare class. If a passenger fails to board the flight without canceling in advance, the total amount may be forfeited as a ‘NO SHOW’ penalty.
Modifications & Rescheduling
Flight rescheduling is subject to airline policies and fare differences. Any modifications may incur airline fees and Tripbeam.in service charges. Date and time changes must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
Special Cases
If a medical emergency arises, you may cancel your booking with valid medical proof. Refunds/free date changes might be available if bad weather or unforeseen disasters affect your flight/hotel reservation. The airline/hotel’s return policy will determine who is eligible for a refund. Additionally, you may get a full refund/travel credit if a flight or hotel reservation is canceled due to government travel limitations. The availability of these options will depend on the airline or hotel’s policy.
