Don’t panic, if any such problem occurs, just give us a call to our customer support team and our team will check out all the things to get back your plan on track. The steps that can be taken by us are –

Notification of cancellations and delays – We continuously update the current status of the flights on the flight status screen. The agents of our company will update you and to the customers in the flight, if any such situation occurs such as cancellation, delay etc. We also recommend our customers to subscribe themselves to get the current notification about the status of flight.

Getting Rebooked – If you want to book your flight tickets again because of delayed or cancellation situation, we will give our best to book your flight ticket in the next available flight. You can check out your seat using the original confirmation number. However, you can do the following things to getting rebooked –

 – If you have made checked in, then wait for another flight that will depart in 24 hours

 – You can change your flight, if you have not made checked in

 – If you are not able to book your flight ticket again, contact our customer support team.

Refund Policy – On the occurrence of any problem such as health related problems, mechanical problems, bad weather conditions or air traffic control problem, you can request for a refund on the ticket you have booked with us. And to get back the refund, you are required to submit a refund request.

On the other hand, if your flight is delayed for 2-3 hours or more, and you want to postponed or cancel it, then you need to let us know first. This way, penalties charges applied on your ticket might be abandoning.
